K. Srinivasa Raghavan brings more than three decades of experience serving in various portfolios across the country — Districts, State Government, and Central Government Projects. He has wide experience in the Conceptualisation, Design, Development and Implementation of major e-Governance systems that are G2C, G2G, and G2E, known for being highly scalable, resilient, and impactful for citizens and government alike.

Served in various portfolios spanning Districts, State Government, and Central Government projects. Delivered e-Governance solutions across Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Town Panchayats, Municipalities, State Election Commission, Directorate General of Defence Estates, and Central Excise domains.
Conceptualised, designed, developed and implemented the Government e-Procurement NIC (GePNIC) platform — now known as the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP). This massive e-Governance initiative processes around 75% of the country's electronic procurement, making it one of the most impactful government digital platforms in India.
Conceptualised, designed and implemented a national system for capturing the entire Military Land Records of the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, successfully deployed countrywide using open-source-based software.
Delivered large-scale G2C, G2G and G2E systems across Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Town Panchayats, Municipalities, State Election Commission, Defence Estates, and Central Excise, along with implementation and capacity building programmes.
Demonstrated strength in advance planning, proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, managing and monitoring major ICT instances using technology-driven mechanisms, and catering to diverse process requirements across government portfolios.
